A STRONG IDENTITY
The Amphibian “250” White Shark is a diver's watch with a strong identity.
The lines of the Amphibian “250” White Shark stand out at first glance thanks to the profile of the 40mm case, the unidirectional countdown bezel and the sandwich dial with “oversized” cardinal points.
The design of the Amphibian “250” White Shark back to the golden age of the first bezel-worn underwater exploration watches in history.
The design of the watch, with its oversized hour- markers and sapphire bezel typography, makes it instantly recognizable and easy to read.
A UNIQUE DIAL
The dial of the Amphibian “250” White Shark is distinguished by the four “oversized” cardinal points that are the very signature of this watch.
The indexes add relief and depth to the dial, as they are integrated in a “sandwich” style.
The indexes are also adorned with a red reminder at their tips, the red being there to support the sporty aspect of the piece.
The white color of the dial echoes the white sails of the Requin class sailboats, hence the name White Shark for this new reference.
“COIN EDGE” BEZEL
One of the distinct features of the Amphibian “250” White Shark is its bezel, which accentuates the watch's unique style.
Firstly, it captures attention with its width and the reflection of the sapphire bezel.
Secondly, it stands out with its 'reverse' gradation, reminding us of how pioneering the watch was in its design.
This bezel is also characterized by what's called a 'coin edge'.
INNER RING
An evolution on our Amphibian “250” Ref. 1094, we have reworked our bezel by adding an inner ring.
This choice was motivated by the ambition to perfect the watch's proportions, while seeking to get closer to the original bezel.
Far from being a detail, the aesthetics of the watch have changed considerably, with a bezel that has become more refined.
🇨🇭SWISS MOVEMENT
In keeping with our desire to move our collection up, and a specific feature expected by our backers* and customers, our Amphibian “250” White Shark features a Swiss movement.
The movement we chose comes from SELLITA and is the SW200 caliber, chosen for its reliability and precision.
