How long is the warranty?
Eska watches benefit from a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of order.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects that appear during normal use.
It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Where is after-sales service provided?
After-sales service is provided in Besançon, France, by our specialist watchmakers.

Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay securely by credit card (American Express, Apple Pay, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa), as well as via PayPal, Shopify Pay and Klarna.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments with Klarna and PayPal for orders in France.

Where are the watches assembled?
All Eska watches are hand-assembled in Besançon, France by our watchmakers.
Where can I see Eska Watches?
Our watches are available for sale in our network of dealers and showrooms.
Do the watches come with any additional accessories?
Yes.
The Amphibian 250 collection comes in a sturdy, waterproof carrying case, and depending on the model, with one or more additional straps (Tropic, NATO, etc.).
The Heritage collection comes in a cork (natural cork) carrying case
What are the specific features of watches?
The watches use high-quality materials such as 316L steel and sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
They are waterproof (up to 250 meters for some models) and have reliable automatic movements, such as the La Joux-Perret or SELLITA SW200 calibers.
Dials and hands are often equipped with Super-LumiNova treatment for better readability in the dark.
What is the power reserve of watches?
The power reserve varies depending on the model:
38 hours for the SELLITA SW200 caliber which equips the Amphibian 250
60 hours for the La Joux-Perret L113 caliber from the Heritage collection

Who is Eska Watches?
Eska Watches is a French watch brand, heir to the Eska house, founded in 1918 by the Swiss watchmaker S. Kocher, who died in 1987.
It was relaunched in 2024 by two enthusiasts to revive this legendary brand.
What is the connection between the old Eska brand and the new one?
The new brand pays homage to the original house by preserving its heritage, notably through the Amphibian 250 model which is inspired by the legendary model of the 60s, the Amphibian 600.
The aim is to perpetuate the spirit of innovation and quality that has made Eska's reputation.
