Whether you are a collector or just an watch enthusiast, the desire to revive a watch brand has likely crossed your mind at some point. Among these collectors, two individuals have chosen to take on the challenge of reviving a brand.
Indeed, behind the revival of ESKA Watches stand two passionate collectors: Sinicha and Christophe.
Already possessing ESKA watches in their collections, this choice was a natural step for
them.
As fate would have it, Sinicha's initials align perfectly with those of the founder of ESKA.
A strong identity
The Amphibian 250 is a diving watch with a strong identity. The distinct features of the Amphibian 250 are immediately evident: a 40mm case profile, a reverse unidirectional bezel, and a sandwich dial with oversized cardinal points.
With the design of the Amphibian 250, one delves into the golden age of the earliest divewatches with rotating bezels in history.
The watch's design, with its“oversized” index and the typography on its sapphire bezel makes it instantly recognizable and enhancesthe readability of information at a glance.

The Rebirth of an iconic diving watch
We've reworked the case profile, giving it a more modern touch and offering it in a more universally appealing diameter of 40mm, allowing the watch to adapt to nearly every wrist size. The lugs have received meticulous attention to proportions to ensure the watch is harmonious on the wrist.

We've also ensured that the lug length complements the bracelet's drape perfectly. Staying true to our vision, we infuse a touch of modernity by using Sapphire for the insert and incorporating Super-Luminova for the luminescent material on the bezel.
In crafting the bezel, we opted for a "coin edge" design, which mimics the edge of a coin.
The notches on the serrations intentionally remain unbeveled, providing the user with optimal grip and facilitating easy manipulation.
The dial of the AMPHIBIAN "250" is a distinct piece, notable for its four oversized cardinal points, a signature feature of this watch.
To achieve this, we chose a dial with "Sandwich" indexes, adding depth and texture. These indexes are also adorned with a red color accent at their tips. The red is used here to enhance the sporty aspect of the timepiece and evoke the dynamics of life.As for the color of the indexes, like the typography of the dial, we have chosen a shade that echoes the color of radium found on the vintage model.
