Although the young microbrand Eska only resurfaced last year, it has a much longer track record to back up its name. Founded in 1918 in Granges, Switzerland, Eska made a name for itself with its robust tool watches, which proved popular in North and South American, Australian, and Asian markets. As many during the quartz crisis, the brand didn’t survive and ceased operations in 1987… Recently revived from the dead, the brand returned in 2024 with the launch of the Eska Amphibian 250, a vintage-inspired dive watch with a bold design. Following the inaugural black model, the White Shark edition and an audacious Red Viper version, there’s now a new limited edition, the Amphibian 250 Green Turtle.
